This feature gives an advantage to the group admin over other members of the group. However, this feature will allow other members to read the sent messages and also allow to share those messages.
To access this feature user need to update the WhatApp App. The update is available in IOS and Android platform. After update user needs to go, ‘Group info’ and then tap on ‘Group Setting’. Admins will get the option to choose between ‘All Participants’ and ‘Only Admins’.
Selecting the first option will allow all group members including the admins to send messages. If the admin chooses the second option, only the admin will have the right to post in the group. If an admin wants to allow a member to post in the group, the admin will have to make that member a group admin.
